Do I have a chance of getting into Yale or Princeton?

Hey,
I’m currently a Junior enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program (IB). My GPA is a 4.0 with a weighted of 4.6. I am number 8 in my class rank. I’m currently taking all I.B. Classes. I have taken 2 AP Classes so far, AP World and AP Euro. I am part of the first class of I.B. Students at my school and thus have started the following traditions at my school:

-I.B. Council (President for Sophomore and Freshman Year) – I started this at my school and the number has grown by a substantial sum each year.
-I.B. Hangouts (IB Social Gatherings that take place after school once a month) – I started this too.
-I.B. Award Ceremonies/Events – Started these as well.
-There are numerous tiny traditions that I have also started for my I.B. Class, i.e. Class Photos/Superlatives.
- This year, we are doing our first 5K event on our annual "Multicultural Day" in the morning. The goal is to raise 5000 dollars to build a well in a country that lacks clean water and sanitation. I’m majoring in International Studies and might also double major in Film (I’ll do that if I get into Yale). I will be one of the main coordinators of the event, mainly in charge of advertising this event and the cause that goes behind it. I am passionate about sanitation, so that is why I’m helping to lead this event.

I was also in the following leading positions in my school.

-Freshman Class President
-Sophomore Class President
-Debate Club Member

I have participated in the BPA (Business Professionals of America) and placed in 1st in Regionals for Prepared Speech (Osceola County) and 4th in state for Prepared Speech (Florida). I will also be doing BPA again this year.

Won a few film festivals in my local area as well, including one by our local organization, "Community Vision".

I have over 100 Community Service Hours and will have over 300 by the end of my senior year.

I want to major in International Relations/ Global Affairs. I have not taken SAT’s/ACTS’s/SAT Subject Tests yet, but have been diligently studying for them. Just in case you need to know, I’m a first generation Asian with a low family income.
P.S. I speak English and Urdu, and learning Spanish. All IVY League schools have excellent financial aid programs, so please don’t post about tuition costs.

I would say that, in short, yes. You have a good chance, but you must keep in mind that there are students just like you (or with better qualifications than you) who have gotten rejected from Ivy League schools for no apparent reason. However, just out of curiosity – with your excellent qualifications, why would you choose to major in International Relations/ Global Affairs? I may be mistaken, but it is my understanding that such a major does not lead to the kind of contributions you may be able to make in society (you don’t learn much).

Can you pay tuition? If not, then all this is pointless
