The name of a 1990s film with a unicorn and leprechaun?

This film is from the 1990s and is about a girl who moves in with her uncle, aunt and bratty cousin. Her cousin has a horse and the girl really wants to ride it but the cousin won’t let her. She wishes for a horse and a leprechaun appears and so does a unicorn. She trains the unicorn and races it in a competition against her cousin and some other people and she wins. But i can’t remember the name and it’s really bugging me. Please help!

    they had a little orchard that they would do the training for show jumping in if i remember it ill get back to u
